Here's how to handle common transactions related to your Direct Plan account. Many transactions can be performed online when you log on to your account. You can also request forms by mail.

  • Add, change, or delete payroll direct deposit instructions for
    your account. (If you're opening a new account, you'll

Additional Purchase Form

  • Roll over assets from another 529 plan or an education
    savings account indirectly (this is when you've withdrawn
    funds from the previous custodian within the past 60 days).
Incoming Rollover / Transfer Form
